It is specially designed for busy cell laboratories and biological laboratories. It replaces manual repetitive walking and grabbing tasks with intelligent robots, solves the repeated access work of culture vessels in the life science experiment process, reduces the contact between personnel and culture vessels, and ensures the accuracy of experiments. The operating environment is clean and safe.
The entire cell culture process has a data record and system reminder function, which can regularly remind the experimenter to pick and place the petri dish according to the set time.
Centrifuge robot BG-ROBOTX6
The centrifuge robot BG-ROBOTX6 independently developed by the company can run intelligently and at high speed. The robot can automatically pick and place the centrifuge bottle, open and close the door automatically, without manual contact in the whole process. The system can accurately locate the exact position of the centrifuge bottle to ensure safe operation.
The ultra-clean workstation is equipped with a high-efficiency filtration system designed to protect sensitive samples from environmental contamination and cross-contamination, and protect the work area from particulate contamination.
Waste liquid robot BG-ROBOTX3
The waste liquid robot independently developed by Bogong Technology is mainly used to collect and dispose of the chemical waste liquid generated in the laboratory. When the waste liquid is full, the system can handle the waste liquid cleaning work in time by using the liquid level sensor and the control panel. The built-in filter collects harmful substances, and all materials have high strength and corrosion resistance, helping to create a safe and environmentally friendly smart laboratory.
It can be used for the suction of various laboratory liquids, including the residual liquid after the experiment, the supernatant of centrifuge tubes, etc., especially suitable for pumping the supernatant of the culture medium in the clean room. Adopting an innovative one-piece body structure, the waste liquid tank and vacuum pump are concentrated in the same workstation, which is convenient for overall movement and better fixes the waste liquid tank. Equipped with a full range of suction kits, it can be used for liquid suction of various containers including culture dishes, culture bottles, and 96-well plates.
